Clarke is the real deal. She has been ranked a top producer for every year she has been in the luxury market and ignites the market place with her diligent work ethics and integrity along with her consistent track record and contagious energy.

Clarke has successfully closed over $100 million in sales, individually. Her impressive interior design background, networking strengths and pre-marketing strategy means the majority of her listings are under contract before hitting the broader DFW market. As a result, more than one-third of her sold properties were never listed on MLS.

Clarke listens and works in close collaboration with her clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. She understands the importance in preparing a property thoroughly before market, through the lens of a buyer, that turns a listing into a sold very often before the property hits the market. She works tirelessly for each client and goes to work helping edit and stage her listings thoroughly to be able to initiate early marketing of the property to an exclusive network of potential buyers. Clarke pulls from her curated vendor list to ensure the highest quality staging, photography, printing, marketing to ensure the highest sale price in the shortest window of time for her clients.

Clarke’s real estate success is derived from more than 30 years as a resident of Preston Hollow and University Park where she has raised her 3 children, her extensive career as an interior designer while being a part of the iconic family of Dallas Cowboys football coach Tom Landry.

Clarke is a member of Watermark where she serves as a director in the Equipped Disciple ministry and leads women through the Re-Generation ministry.
